These terms govern your use of this website (blog.beincyprus.com), on which Jakalon(“the Platform”) hosts and delivers content published by Beincyprus.com (“the Publisher”). By using the site you agree to these terms.

The service

The Platform is a reading service: it publishes and presents articles at the Publisher’s direction. The Platform does not author, select, or endorse the content and acts as a neutral hosting provider.

Content and how it is produced

All content is published by the Publisher, which is solely responsible for it. Regardless of how an article was produced, the Publisher is responsible for it. The Platform makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

Intellectual property

Content is owned by the Publisher or its licensors and is protected by law. You may read and share links to it, but you may not reproduce, republish, or exploit it without permission from the Publisher. The Platform’s own software and design remain the property of Cybervelia Ltd.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt or compromise it.
• Do not access it through automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.
• Do not use it for any unlawful purpose.
